Jamiku is a female dutch artist who from a young age knew what her destiny was: music. As she grew older, her need to express herself became stronger and she started to write songs. She was mesmerized by different sounds and cultures and loved to dance for hours to genres like reggaeton, dancehall and afrobeats. It made her feel confident and powerful. She became so inspired that she knew she needed to create her own sound.

She had to overcome a lot of insecurities along the way, but in the end she conquered them all. She started to produce her own songs and write more and more lyrics. She knew that she had a lot to say, but had to learn how to say it. Now her goal is to tell her story through upbeat but nonetheless emotional sounds, and to inspire confidence in anyone who is on a healing journey.
